Applications are open for Emerging Leaders for Liberation (ELL) program
Applications for AFSC's 2026 Emerging Leaders for Liberation (ELL) program are open. This program is for for young people, ages 18 – 22 who have a connection to an AFSC youth program, or a Quaker community.
The program offers:
- Travel, food, and housing for our weekend long convenings in May and November
- Up to $1,000 funding for a community project
- $500 stipend on completion of the program
- Chance to connect with youth organizers from across the United States
The deadline to apply is March 8th.

AnnaRose Craig (who goes by Arc) is a campaign organizer with the AFSC Colorado Immigrant Rights Program, and last year they participated in AFSC’s ELL program. Arc also explains their community project that they led last November at the close of the program.
