On Saturday August 23rd there was an interfaith peace vigil for the people taken by ICE. Members of Multnomah Monthly Meeting helped organize and about 65 people turned out in the 100 degree heat to walk silently past the ICE building in downtown Portland, OR. Flowers were laid for those who have been taken. There's a hope that this event will be recurring. These images depict the event and were provided by Alison Krieger.
